On Galaxy phones we fit service-pack display assemblies — Samsung's own part, supplied with the frame. It costs more than a bare panel and it is the right way to do it: factory fit, correct adhesive, no display-gap.
Everything is transferred and tested: earpiece, cameras, buttons, wireless coil, ultrasonic fingerprint where fitted.
A-series phones use simpler assemblies and come in cheaper. The docket states exactly which part went in.
