Windows laptop virus removal & tune-up
Malware removal, scam pop-ups cleaned, slow laptops tuned up properly — not wiped unless it has to be. Whitton High Street, £59 flat. Data kept.
What the fault looks like
- —Pop-ups claiming infection, or a browser that opens pages you never asked for
- —The "Microsoft support" scam — call us before you call any number on screen
- —A machine suddenly slow, fans loud at idle
- —Ransomware or a hijacked browser homepage
What we actually do
We clean the machine properly: full malware sweep, browser hijackers removed, startup and services audited, temp and update caches cleared, drivers and Windows brought current.
Your files and programmes stay. We do not wipe and reinstall unless the infection genuinely leaves no alternative — and we ask you first.
If you have already paid a scammer or given remote access, tell us — we will check for what they left behind and help you secure banking and passwords.
Parts and grades, stated plainly
No parts. This is bench time and discipline.
Warranty
If the same infection returns within 30 days, the re-clean is free. Full terms on the warranty page.
